Refund policy
- All returned item/s must be unused and in their original packaging. They must be returned within 30 days (post dated) of purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Returnable items include: full priced items that are in new, sealable condition (i.e. has not been worn, washed or altered in any way. All original tags are attached.) We are not able to accept returns that do not meet these conditions. Final sale items will not be elligible for returns.
- Exchanges – shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- All sales items are FINAL SALE.
Please note that all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
To make a return or exchange, please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package. Please include a note with further instructions (ie exchange for a different size, store credit etc.) and your order number and if it is for an exchange please send us an email so we can invoice you for additional shipping charges.
